You retain ownership of your personal notes and original content. AI-generated roadmaps created through the Service are provided to you for personal educational use. You may not commercialise, redistribute, or sublicence AI-generated content without prior written permission.
You may permanently delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion requires:
Upon deletion, we permanently remove your profile, roadmaps, lesson progress, notes, community posts, certificates, and authentication record from our systems. This action is irreversible. Some residual data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before permanent purge.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS NOT GUARANTEED TO BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEARNI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $10 IF NO AMOUNT WAS PAID.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, these Terms continue to apply to past use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may notify you via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
